The Company must notify the DOLE of the closure of the business. Also, to notify workers of the intent to terminate operations and give separation pay, if applicable. In addition, the business must notify the SSS, PagIBIG, and Philhealth offices of the intent to cease operations with a report that it has no outstanding regulatory/contributions compliances.
